Oh He Dead have announced their new album Vertigo, out September 25 via Wally Baba Records. The follow-up to 2024’s Ugly was whittled down from more than 100 songs written during a period of near-constant touring, with the band voting on the material that would ultimately make the record.
Produced in Nashville by Jimmy Mansfield, Vertigo pushes the group’s R&B foundations further into indie rock, psychedelia and disco, reflecting a few chaotic years spent on the road and documenting life as an independent band. Oh He Dead will support the album with a U.S. tour beginning October 9 in Lititz, Pennsylvania, following an August 15 hometown preview show at Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club.
