Virginia artist and producer greek, aka Michael Davie, has released his new EP DANCE BREAK, a genre-shifting collection that moves between R&B, pop, alternative, funk and house. The release arrives alongside a new video for focus track “HOLD ME,” directed by Angel Orozco.
The EP follows greek’s 2025 album CEDAR’S TAPE and builds on the energy of his sold-out tour earlier this year. Davie handled much of the project’s production himself, with additional production from Charley Damski and mixing and mastering by Josh Block. DANCE BREAK continues an increasingly prolific run for the Virginia native, whose 2022 debut EXTC has passed 20 million streams and whose 2024 album ACCELERATOR earned praise from Elton John and Zane Lowe.
