Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and actor Hayley Law has shared a new video for “WET WET,” taken from her debut album, Last Summer. Directed by Rob Horwitz, the clip takes inspiration from the synchronized swimming spectacles of old Hollywood, featuring Law alongside swimmers Morgan Quinn and Liv Mai, with cameos from Liza Koshy and Inanna Sarkis.
“I spent the summer attempting to make and share synchronized swimming videos with my friends and we had so much fun doing it,” Law explains. The result is a colorful, deliberately chaotic poolside production that captures the song’s playful energy. “WET WET” also appears in the independent film Urinal Revolution, in which Law recently starred.
Released independently on August 14, the eight-track Last Summer was co-produced by Law alongside Jesse Boykins III and MeLo-X, blending alternative R&B, nostalgic pop, and guitar-driven rock. Law will return to her hometown of Vancouver for a November 6 performance at the Biltmore Cabaret.
