BALTHVS have shared “Sunday Forecast,” the latest track from their upcoming sixth album, MANIFEST, out October 7 via Mixto Records.
The Bogotá trio ease into a hazier, more relaxed pocket here, drawing inspiration from Shuggie Otis and ’90s Weather Channel music while keeping the psychedelic sprawl that runs through the rest of the record. MANIFEST was recorded over two years between tours and pulls from jazz, dub, vaporwave, Ethiopian music, drum ’n’ bass and beyond.
BALTHVS begin a U.S. tour in October, including a stop at Meanwhile Brewing in Austin on October 16.
